Rental Terms

In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria
Requirements for Vehicle Rental
- To rent a vehicle in Enniskillen, drivers must be at least 21 years old, with age restrictions varying based on vehicle type. Those under 25 may incur extra charges. A valid full driving licence for the appropriate vehicle category is required, along with proof of identity and current address. Valid payment details and a security deposit are also necessary, as well as any other requirements outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Booking and Payment Process
- Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or at our Enniskillen branch. A deposit may be needed to confirm your booking. The remaining balance and a security deposit are generally payable upon collecting the vehicle. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection in Enniskillen, conduct a thorough inspection and promptly report any existing damages. A vehicle condition report will be prepared and must be signed by both parties. Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities. Activities such as racing, off-roading, or any form of hazardous driving are prohibited. Transporting dangerous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting to others or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose and within specified passenger and weight limits. Additionally, traveling outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by Northern Irish law, Car Hire Enniskillen will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the rental amount you paid in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
